Template From Server to Local:
rsync -av do-server-name:/path/to/files/ /destination/path/

Template From Local to Server:
rsync -av /destination/path/ do-server-name:/path/to/files/


Example:
rsync -av do-rwm:/home/riverworksmarketing.com/public_html/backup.sql ~/Documents/riverworks/

rsync -av ~/Documents/riverworks/ do-rwm:/home/riverworksmarketing.com/public_html/backup.sql
