If the Google Sheet integration breaks, you can view the logs and it will give you a brief error message.
I was having trouble with the integration, because I accidentally deleted the Submission ID column after linking the spreadsheet. Note to self: DON'T DO THAT!!!
I was able to fix it by reverting the google sheet history and adding the new submission manually.
Note, just adding the submission column back manually does NOT work. You have to actually restore the google sheet revision history.
